We arrived home on Wednesday evening at 6:30. We were all grateful for a safe trip, and a wonderful time.
Now it is back to reality and loads of laundry. It is good to get back to a routine, especially when it includes grandchildren. I took care of Emma on Thursday, and look forward to seeing the other 7 soon.
The house project was mostly at a standstill while we were gone, except for the plumber, who replaced our old galvanized pipe with plastic, and that was great as the water had to be turned off. Now we are waiting for the drywall, and then the big mess will begin.
